On May 20 Mr. Gitz as one of his first acts reappointed all department heads on interim basis for 90 days. During that period he was going to evaluate all departments. When you have a failed administration as with Mayor Gaulrapp and one repudiated by the voters, it means there is a problem with most city departments if not all city departments. Mr. Gitz should be given a chance to act. Same old faces will mean a continuation of the failed policies of the Gualrapp administration.
